New York, NY – GRA Quantum President Tom Boyden is pleased to announce that the company will be expanding operations into Canada under the leadership of our newest Managing Director, Glenn Cowan.
The move is part of a larger effort to further GRA Quantum’s strategic growth and foster relationships in new areas. Canada represents an exciting opportunity that native son Glenn is well-positioned to embrace as he assumes business development and management responsibilities for this new venture.
Glenn is an accomplished 18-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. For 12 of those years he served as a Senior Officer and Squadron Commander within the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command, where he regularly completed missions directly affecting Canada’s national interests. As an experienced leader, he understands the requirements for timely and precise responses to rapidly evolving challenges.

Glenn is a graduate of McGill University where he double-majored in International Relations and History.
