Technical Writer

The technical and business communications associate will demonstrate skills in technical writing, business writing and documenting processes and procedures. The candidate will be able to help us to author, edit and structure technical reports, proposals, contracts, and other internal and external documents. They will work with our subject matter experts, client delivery and marketing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and provide timelines for written deliverables
  • Improve templates for internal and external documents
  • Write technical reports, policies and procedures documents, RFPs, SOWs
  • Define and manage timelines and editing approval process for documents
  • Work closely with the executive team, client delivery team and subject matter experts as projects require


Skills Required

  • BA/BS in English, journalism, communications or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years working as a technical writer or in a communications role in the tech industry
  • Ability to identify gaps in documentation
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with technical staff members
  • Highly organized
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office required Adobe Suite skills would be helpful
  • Background in cybersecurity, IT, sales/marketing, software, and customer support helpful
